EligibilityAny family residing in Sacramento County will be eligible to receive groceries two times per month.
You will not be able to receive food consecutive weeks (back to back weeks) but once during the 1st-15th and once during the 16th through the end of the month. We are a part of the USDA food program and we also have food available for those unhoused or unable to cook or store food. 60 Years and older? We have an additional food box available to you through the CSFP Senior Box program. Ask us today. |
What To BringPlease bring a photo ID each time you come, driver's license or state ID are best.
Your first time we will have you fill out a short form and we will need a piece of mail or a bill to verify your current address. Please bring similar verification for other family members as well; a doctor or insurance bill, something from their school, or a current piece of mail works best. Family households consist of a spouse and children under the age of 18. Roommates, children or siblings over 18, or other adults will need to create their own account even if residing at the same address. Exceptions can be made in caretaker situations. |
Drive-Thru DistributionWe have a drive-thru distribution, you stay in your car the entire time. Our volunteers will greet you at your window, take your ID to the computer, and then load your groceries for you.
If you are not able to drive up and are on foot or a bike, please wait by the blue rock out front and we will serve you there. |

What Will I Receive? All the food we distribute has been donated to us, so it does change daily. Some days we have an abundance and some days we may be out of a food category completely. We do our best to spread out what we receive to everyone that comes to the distributions.
You will typically receive two bags of pantry items (one from our donated items and a USDA bag), fresh produce, bread items, dairy, deli items, meat, and eggs. We sometimes have other snacks and bonus items to hand out as well. Remember, all the food we hand out comes to us as donations, so we really never know what we will have but we do our best to provide items listed in the categories above. When available, we also offer non-food items such as diapers, incontinence or feminine hygiene products, baby food and formula, dog or cat food, protein or hydration drinks, and other hygiene items such as toothpaste and shampoo. Allergies or dietary restrictions? Ask us, we may have items available that are gluten-free, vegetarian or vegan, or other alternative products. |
